This warranty does not include the bar and chain, which are expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period. A defective battery pack or charger will replaced free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies for only 90 days from the date of purchase if this product is ever used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
