Do not use in any vehicle. . Always provide proper supervision for child’s safety. . Use with only one (1) child at a time. . Do not use bassinet as a car bed. . Do not use bassinet if infant can push up on hands and knees or sit unassisted. . Do not carry bassinet with child in it. . Do not move or fold Playard/Crib with child in it. . Do not add padding or other objects inside Playard/Crib which may permit child to climb out or cause a suffocation hazard. . Do not use accessories other than those provided by Century. Weight, Height and Activity Limits Bassinet and Changer: Maximum Weight: 8.2 kg (18 lbs.) Maximum Height: 63.5 cm (25 inches) Activity: Discontinue use if child can push up on hands and knees or sit unassisted. Playard/Crib: Maximum Weight: 14 kg (30 lbs.) Maximum Height: 89 cm (35 inches) Activity: Discontinue use if child can climb out of Playard/Crib. This product is NOT intended for commercial use. WARNING Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. • When child is awake: NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view. When child is sleeping: Always provide supervision necessary for the continued safety of child. • Bassinet, Changer and Playard/Crib, including side rails, MUST be fully erected prior to use. • Discontinue use of Playard/Crib when child reaches a height of 89 cm (35 inches), weighs more than 14 kg (30 lbs.), or is able to climb out. • Use product with only one child at a time. • SUFFOCATION HAZARD - To help prevent suffocation from entrapment, use only the floorboard provided by Century and always use attachment straps to secure floorboard to bottom of Playard/Crib. NEVER use additional mattress or padding. • Strings can cause strangulation. DO NOT place items with a string around a child’s neck (such as hood strings, pacifier cords, etc.). DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys. • DO NOT place product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle child. • Keep product away from stoves, heaters, campfires, fireplaces and other hazards which can burn or cause injury to child. • DO NOT add padding or objects inside Playard/Crib which may permit child to climb out. • DO NOT move or fold Playard/Crib with child in it. • DO NOT use product in a motor vehicle. Serious injury or death could result from a sudden stop or accident. • DO NOT use a water mattress with this product. • Before each usage, inspect product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use product if any parts are missing or broken. Call Century for replacement parts or instruction manual. DO NOT substitute parts. • NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation. • If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products. • DO NOT use accessories other than those provided by Century.
