KArAOKE karaoke MALE-FEMALE KEY CONTrOL During the playback, press the MALE/FEMALE button. ~ Each time the MALE/FEMALE button is pressed, this selection alternates between Male and Female. ~ Select Male when singing in male voice and select Female when singing in female voice. BOWLING GAME FUNCTION ~ You can make a team to participate in a singing contest. ~ You can make the singing contest in up to 5 rounds with 3 different teams (max). ~ One team can select 1st, 3rd or 5th round in a 2-or 3-teams contest. 1. Press the MENU button in Stop mode. . Use the .,.,.,• button to select Karaoke • Bowling Game. Starting Bowling Game 1. Select Bowling Game mode. . Use the .,.,.,• button to move to the team or to the applicable round and choose a song. . Use the number (0~9) button or the Search Song list to select a song. . When done, press the rED (b) button to start the game. ~ You can select a song in any round of the contest, not just at your turn. ~ If you do not select a song, a random song will be played. BOWLING GAME FUNCTION reserving a song in the Bowling Game 1. In Bowling Game mode, use the number (0~9) button to select a song. ~ or In Bowling Game mode, press the SEArCH SONG button. Select a song in the Search song list. M ` To return to the Bowling Game mode, press the EXIT button. ENG . KArAOKE Setting Bowling Game 1. In Bowling Game mode, select the GrEEN (#) button. . Use the .,• button to select a desired item (Team, Round) and press the ENTEr button. . When a dialog box pops up, use the .,• button to select a desired number and press the ENTEr button. . To apply your settings, press the GrEEN (#) button. 0 radio LISTENING TO rADIO remote Control Press the TUNEr button to select the FM band. Tune in to the desired station. Automatic Tuning 1 : When the [, ] button is pressed, a preset broadcast station is selected. Automatic Tuning 2 : Press and hold the ,, . button to automatically search for active broadcasting stations. Manual Tuning : Briefl y press the ,, . button to increase or decrease the frequency incrementally. Main Unit Press the FUNCTION button to select the FM band. Select a broadcast station. Automatic Tuning 1 : Press the STOP (@) button to select PrESET and then press the [, ] button to select the preset station. Automatic Tuning 2 : Press the STOP (@) button to select MANUAL and then press and hold the [, ] button to automatically search the band. Manual Tuning : Press the STOP (@) button to select MANUAL and then briefl y press the [, ] button to tune in to a lower or higher frequency. Press the MO/ST button to listen in Mono/Stereo. Each time the button is pressed, the sound switches between STEREO and MONO. In a poor reception area, select MONO for a clear, interference-free broadcast. PrESETTING STATIONS Example : Presetting FM 89.10 in the memory Press the TUNEr button to select the FM band. Press the ,, . button to select 89.10. Press the TUNEr MEMOrY button. 01 fl ashes in the display. Press the [, ] button to select preset number. You can select between 1 and 15 presets. Press the TUNEr MEMOrY button again. Press the TUNEr MEMOrY button before Number disappears from the display. Number disappears from the display and the station is stored in memory. To preset another station, repeat steps 2 to 5. To tune in to a preset station, press the [, ] button on the remote control to select a channel. CONVENIENT FUNCTION convenient function SLEEP TIMEr FUNCTION You can set the time that the Home Cinema will shut itself off. Press the SLEEP button. SLEEP will be displayed. Each time the button is pressed, the preset time changes as follows : . 10 . 20 . 30 . 60 . 90 . 120 . 150 . OFF To confi rm the sleep timer setting, press the SLEEP button. The remaining time before the Home Cinema will shut itself off is displayed. Pressing the button again changes the sleep time from what you have set earlier. To cancel the sleep timer, press the SLEEP button until OFF appears on the display. MUTE FUNCTION This is useful when answering a doorbell or telephone call. Press the MUTE button. MUTE appears in the display. To restore the sound, press the MUTE button again. S.VOL (SMArT VOLUME) This will regulate and stabilize the volume level against a drastic volume change in case of a channel change or scene transition. Press the S.VOL button.
