This flexible design allows the unit to use available memory as needed. When no voice messages have been recorded, approximately 22 pages* of fax documents can be stored. When no fax documents are in memory, approximately 9 minutes of voice recordings can be recorded, (pages 26, 28 and 42) 'Memory capacity applies to text data by using the CCITT No. 1 test chart in standard resolution. HELP function Use this function if the instructions are lost while using the unit. It will provide the user with instructions. When the HELP button is pressed, the unit will print a quick reference. Information: • Transmit the leaflet on page 87 to several of your associates.
