Place on ungreased bake pan/drip pan of Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven. Shape into 9" x 5" inch loaf. Place pan in oven and close oven door. Follow these steps: ASTOMEATLOAF or LCD Display When cooking time is complete, oven will give an audible signal. Check for doneness. Remove from oven and let meatloaf stand for at least 5 minutes before serving. If desired, top meatloaf with slices of provolone cheese for the last 3 to 4 minutes. Also may be served with hot tomato sauce served over loaf or spooned over each serving. Serve with parslied potatoes and cooked broccoli florets garnished with slivered lemon peel. Makes 6 to 8 servings. NOTE: Meatloaf should register 160°F (71°C) when an instant read thermometer is inserted into the center of the loaf. ROASTED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 2 cans (14. oz., ea.) condensed golden mushroom soup . tsp. poultry seasoning . tsp. herbs de Provence 1 cup water 2. cups diced roasted chicken 2. cups cooked penne pasta 1. cups cooked broccoli florets 1. cups cooked baby carrots 1 cup frozen peas . cup sliced green onions 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine . cup fresh breadcrumbs . cup chopped toasted almonds In large bowl, blend soup and seasonings. Gradually blend in water until mixture is smooth. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Spoon into buttered, 2-quart, shallow baking dish. In small bowl, blend butter, bread crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle evenly over casserole. Place baking dish in Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven and close oven door. Follow these steps: CASSEROLES RASTO or LCD Display When cooking time is complete, oven will give an audible signal. Remove from oven and let stand at least 5 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with hot dinner rolls and a fresh green salad. Makes 4 to 6 servings. NOTE: Casserole should register 165°F (74°C) when tested with an instant read thermometer. CORNBREAD-STUFFED SNAPPER . cup minced onion . cup minced red pepper . cup butter or margarine 1 cup cornbread stuffing . cup chopped parsley . tsp. garlic salt ./. cup clam juice 2 snapper or pompano fish, trimmed and scaled (about 6 oz., each) 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice . tsp. kosher salt . tsp. pepper Lemon wedges In medium skillet, cook onion and red pepper in butter until tender. In medium bowl, combine onion mixture with stuffing, parsley, garlic salt and clam juice; blend well. Loosely stuff fish with cornbread mixture. Place on lightly greased nonstick foil on bake pan/drip pan. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place pan in Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven and close oven door. Follow these steps: FISH or LCD Display Increase Increase temperature time to 400°F to 30 (204°C) minutes MENU When cooking time is complete, oven will give an audible signal. Remove from oven and serve garnished with lemon wedges. If desired, serve with warm oven-roasted potatoes and green and waxed beans steamed with carrot slices. Makes 2 servings. NOTE: When fully baked, fish will flake easily when tested with a fork. SEASONED EYE ROUND ROAST 3 tsp. instant minced onion 1. tsp. seasoned salt . tsp. garlic salt . tsp. spicy Montreal steak seasoning . tsp. garlic pepper 4. lb. beef eye round roast In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except beef and blend well. Rub seasoning evenly over roast, coating all sides. Place on ungreased bake pan/drip pan of Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven. Tent entire roast with foil. Place pan inside oven and close oven door. Follow these steps: orBEEF ROASTROASTLCD Display Increase time to 100 minutes When cooking time is complete, oven will give an audible signal. Remove from oven and check for doneness. Tent loosely with foil and let beef stand for at least 10 minutes before serving. If desired, empty 2 jars beef gravy into medium saucepan, stir in drippings from roast and heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed fresh green beans garnished with carrot juliennes. Makes about 8 servings. NOTE: Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat to test the doneness: 120° to 125°F (49° to 52°C) for rare; 135° to 145°F (57° to 63°C) for medium SPIT-ROASTED GARLIC CHICKEN (For FC350/FC360 Rotisserie) 3 large cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. herb chicken seasoning . tsp. seasoned salt . tsp. coarse ground pepper . tsp. poultry seasoning 4. lb. roasting chicken In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken on rotisserie rod and secure both ends by inserting prongs into meat and inserting them onto rod, balancing chicken evenly on rod. Turn screws on prongs to hold meat securely in place. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over entire chicken. Insert rotisserie rod into Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven and close door. Follow these steps: Select weight of or chicken to CHICKEN LCD Display be cooked When cooking time is complete, oven will give an audible signal. Remove from oven and check for doneness.
