• Do not use any combustibleequipment in front of the airflow outlet. • Do not expose directly to cold airfor a long period. • Ensure that the drainage pipe isconnected properly. Remote Control • Do not use rechargeable(Ni-Cd) batteries. • Do not allow infants and small children to playwith the remote control to prevent them fromaccidentally swallowing thebatteries. • Remove the batteries if the unit is not going to be usedfor a long period of time. • New batteries of the same type must be insertedfollowing the polarity statedto prevent malfunction of theremote control. Indoor Unit • Do not install, remove andreinstall the unit by yourself; improper installation willcause leakage, electricshock or fire. Please consult an authorized dealer or specialist for the installationwork. • Do not insert your fingers orother objects into the indooror outdoor unit. • Do not attempt to repair theunit by yourself.
