Massaging relaxes the muscles and improves the blood circulation in muscular tissue. This relieves the tired feeling and in many cases it also stimulates quick recovery. The cleated massaging plate and the warm water will enhance the effect of the massage. Even better massaging will be achieved if you let gently tickling bubbles of air come from the massage plate.
