To cancel program play: (From the main unit) Keep [»MEMORY — CLEAR] pressed when CD is in stop mode until "CLEAR” is displayed. No further tracks can be programmed. Memory retention of programmed tracks: Track programming is retained even if play is stopped or the unit Is turned off. Normal position/TYPE 1 OK High position/TYPE II OK Metal position/TYPE IV OK Press [POWER 6/1]. (When using batteries for the power supply) Press [® TAPE/CD] to select the cassette mode. TAPE — Cd (The display changes each time the button is pressed.) Press [DECK £], load the tape and close the lid. The direction is automatically set to play the top side (“ E$>” is displayed). Press [REV MODE] on the remote control to select the mode. I (The display changes each time the button Is pressed.) : Both sides are played.
