Follow order of the ingredients as marked on the jar. 3. Add ingredients. • Plain, non-fat yogurt to the "PLAIN NON-FAT YOGURT" fill line. (1/3 cup)* • Mayonnaise to the "MAYONNAISE" fill line. (1/3 cup)* *Tip: To make it easier to pour the yogurt or mayonnaise into the jar, first stir each ingredient with a spoon until smooth. • Buttermilk to the "BUTTERMILK" fill line. (1/2 cup) Add the rest of the ingredients using the lid as a measuring spoon for your convenience. • 1 tsp. of onion, minced • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped chives or parsley • Salt and pepper to taste 4. Substitute 1 teaspoon dried herbs for every tablespoon of fresh herbs. 2. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Regular Olive Oil and Light Olive Oil can be used interchangeably in salad dressings. The flavor will vary somewhat but the results should be just as satisfactory. 3. One large clove of garlic produces about 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic. 4. No shallots? No problem!
