The main body, feedscrew and feedpan is constructed of stainless steel, the pusher is white plastic. The knife and blades are made of tool steel. The 302 comes standard with a 1/4" disc, knife, stainless steel feedpan, plastic pusher and sausage horn. There are also 10 additional blades sizes available , 1/16", 3/32" , 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8"and 3/4". There is an optional stainless steel receiving tray. NOTE: These products will only fit into Varimixer products that are equipped with a #12 Hub.
