You can select a ratio regardless of the size of an original or copy paper. With some ratios, parts of the image might not be copied or blank margins will appear on copies. . You can also select a preset ratio which is close to the desired ratio by using Reduce or Enlarge, then adjust the ratio with the [n] or [o] key. B Press the [Horizontal] key. C Adjust the ratio using the [n] or [o] key. Note . Pressing the [n] or [o] key changes the ratio in 1% steps. Pressing and holding down the [n] or [o] key changes it in 10% steps. . If you have incorrectly entered the ratio, readjust the ratio with the [n] or [o] key. D Press the [Vertical] key. Limitation . If the calculated ratio is over the maximum or under the minimum ratio, it is corrected within the range of the ratio automatically. However, with some ratios, parts of the image might not be copied or blank margins will appear on copies.
