Heat Grease Cup Shield Plate Step 12 Place grease cup in middle of hole in heat shield plate. 27 Note: When performing Step 13, Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Be sure to pass hose/regulator assembly above cart frame crossbar. Step 13 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on assembled cart frame. Grill body will rest on angled top of vertical supports. Align bolt holes located on the outside of the grill body assembly. Secure using four M6 X12mm bolts with star washers. Grill Body Assembly Step 14 Attach side table to left side of cart frame assembly. Insert four M6 X 12mm bolts halfway into cart frame assembly. Step 15 Place table over bolts and slide toward front of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side table front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm bolt. Step 16 Attach side burner to right side of cart frame assembly. Insert four M6 X 12mm bolts halfway into cart frame assembly. Step 17 Place side burner assembly over bolts and slide toward front of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side burner front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm bolt. Step 18 Attach the hose heat shield to the right side of the cart frame using two #8 self-tapping screws. Hose Heat Shield Step 19 Remove two bolts and washers from the side burner valve. Insert the side burner valve assembly through the hole in the side burner front panel, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner venturi. Hold in place while you perform Step 20. Warning: Never use your grill without leak testing all gas connections and hoses. See the section on “Leak Testing” in this manual for proper procedures. (See Page 8) Step 20 Place the bezel over the control knob mounting stem and position over holes in side burner base and side burner valve assembly. Attach with two M4 bolts with spring washers which come with valve. Then install the side burner control knob onto valve stem. Burner Venturi Side Burner Valve Valve Nozzle MAXIMUM SIDE BURNER WEIGHT = 15 lbs. Step 21 Attach side burner igniter lead wire to the electrode as illustrated. Side Burner Igniter Lead Electrode Side burner grate MAXIMUM SIDE BURNER WEIGHT = 15 lbs. Grease Tray Step 22 Place side burner grate over side burner. Step 23 Insert grease tray into opening on backside of grill. Make sure to slide tray onto tracks as illustrated. 31 Step 24 Place the porcelain coated heat distribution plates on lower level of grill body assembly directly above burners. Step 25 Place porcelain cast iron cooking grills on support ribs directly above porcelain coated heat distribution plates. Step 26 Place warming rack in grooves so that it sits above the cooking grills. Step 27 Remove igniter cap and insert battery with positive end of battery toward igniter cap.
