Whatever you may prefer, make sure that you do not exceed the maximum amount of tanning hours per year. • For this Combi solarium this is 26 hours (= 1560 minutes). Example: Imagine that you take a 10 day UV course, with a 10 minute session on the first day and 25 minutes' sessions on the nine following days. The entire course then includes (1 x 10 minutes) + (9 x 25 minutes) = 235 minutes. • You may have 6 of these courses over a year. (As 6 x 235 minutes = 1410 minutes.) From the table it will be seen that the first session of a course should have a duration of 10 minutes. This is not dependent upon individual skin sensitivity. (Fig. 4.) - Lift the sun couch as illustrated (fig. 5) and put it on its legs (fig. 6). Solarium - With one person helping you, lay the solarium on a table top with the lamps facing downwards (fig. 7). Ensure that the handle does not rest on the table. - Fix the two gas springs to the rods (fig. 8). - Lift the solarium from the table top (fig. 9). - Insert the rods into the stands (fig. 10). - Lie down on the sun couch (fig. 11). - Hold this instructions booklet as shown in fig. 12. You can use the meter in this instructions booklet (page 2) to measure the distance between your body and the solarium. This distance should be approx. 20 cm. 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 7 If necessary you can use the mounting holes to mount the solarium higher (fig. 13, 14). The distance between the mounting holes is 4 cm (fig. 15). • Please note: If the Combi solarium is to be used by more than one person, use the highest applicable mounting holes. - Remove the plastic foils from the protective shields (fig. 16, 17). - Connect the connenction cord to the solarium (fig. 18a). (To disconnect: fig. 18b.) - Insert the mains plug into a wall socket. How to use - Set the timer to the session time (fig. 19). (Please refer to the table in these instructions and to your own notes.) - Do not forget to put on the eye goggles provided. - Push the solarium backwards (fig. 20) so that you can easily lie down on the sun couch (fig. 21). (With type HB 546: Please note the side with the extra face tanning lamps.) - When lying, pull the solarium into a horizontal position (fig. 22). - As soon as the session time has elapsed the lamps will automatically be switched off. Cleaning • Always unplug the Combi solarium and let it cool down before cleaning. • You can clean the outside of the Combi solarium with a damp cloth.
