CUT-AWAY VIEW OF DRAIN OVERFLOW GASKET CAN BE ROTATED TO FIT m/T MAX vmmon j-cp: Assemble the waste tee, drain ell, overflow tube, gaskets and slip joints in the usual manner. Because bathing fixtures vary, two waste tee's have been provided to allow proper fit from drain to rough plumbing. Please choose the one that best suits your application. Select the STOPPER and slide the O-RING into the groove. Thread the DRAIN PLUG onto the DRAIN SHOE. Be certain to use sealant in the space between the DRAIN PLUG and the drain opening in the tub. Rotate overflow gasket for best fit. Align the holes in the escutcheon with those in the overflow tube. Tighten screws snugly. (DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!) The overflow gasket (behind tub wall) will seal when the ESCUTCHEON is tightened.
