overview
This release of the document for the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) Fibre Channel Mass Storage Driver for
HP-UX 11i v3 (version B.11.31.1103.01) documents the initial release of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc)
bundle with full functionality.
HP-UX 11i v3 delivers FibrChanl-03 as a required (always-installed) product in all Operating
Environments (OEs), and is now available for unrestricted download.

The following feature is new with the B.11.31.1103.01 version of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) Fibre
Channel Mass Storage Driver for HP-UX 11i v3:

This is the first release of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) driver to support install, boot, and dump
functionality.

The following issues have been fixed in the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) Fibre Channel Mass Storage Driver

Known problems and limitations
This section provides a list of known problems and limitations as known to HP at time of publication.
If workarounds are available, they are included.

The AR1103 and WEB1103 release of the fcoc driver does not provide enablement for the
I/O provider. The I/O provider is available on the web.
•
Up to eight NC551m HBAs are supported in a BL890c i2 system.
