Outgoing mail server: Enter the SMTP address and Port number of computer that sends your email. Outgoing mail authentication: when you send the mail, you can set authentication whether or not. Outgoing server ID/password: Enter the ID and password for sending your email. To enter the following information, touch and select Advanced settings. -Advanced settings Protocol type: Choose your protocol type. (POP3/IMAP4) Maximum receive size: View the Maximum size that you can receive mails. Save to server: Select On to leave the messages on the server. Incoming port number: Allow you to edit POP3/IMAP port number. Outgoing port number: Allow you to edit SMTP port number. Auto retrieving: Select to automatically retrieve your emails. Retrieve download: Select Headers only or All. Now your account is set up, it will appear in the list of accounts in your Email folder. • New account: You can set up to 5 email accounts by selecting New account menu. Using the Edit menu, you can set the following values. • Delete: Deletes the selected account from the list. • Delete all: You can delete all accounts from the list. v Access point Specify the access point name. v Retrieve interval Choose how often your KF600 checks for new email messages. v Signature Create an email signature and switch this feature On. Voicemail number (Menu 5.0. ) You can receive the voicemail if your network service provider supports this feature. When a new voicemail is arrived, the symbol will be displayed on the screen. Images option menus The options which are available to you in images depend on what type of image you have selected. All of the options will be available for pictures you have taken on the phone’s camera, but the file info option is only available for default images. In the images folder, touch to bring up your list of options. v Delete: Delete the selected image. v Send via: Send the selected image to a friend via MMS, Bluetooth or Email. TIP! The image(.jpeg) may need to be resized before it can be sent by MMS or e-mail. v File: Rotate, rename or view the information (Name, Size, Date, Resolution, Type and Copyright) of the selected image.
