Remove the plastic blanking plate (f) (Fig. 3).. Insert a small coin into the slot provided on the blanking plate (f). Grip the coin with fingers or pliers and rotate plate to release. Remove the plate and replace where the catch was previously removed. Secure by rotating in the opposite direction to removal. 11. Turn the catch (e) 180° and place in position where the blanking plate (F) was removed. Grip the catch carefully, with pliers and rotate in position to secure. 12. Place the lower hinge in position, locating the correct position. Secure with hinge screws. 13. Carefully hang the door onto the lower hinge. Inserting the Decor Panel Decor panels are available from most kitchen manufacturers. Decor Panel Sizes: Door - Height 526mm, Width 587mm Thickness - 4mm maximum or up to 8mm if the edge is thinned down to 4mm for a width of 3.5mm as shown in Fig. 4. 3.5mm Fig.4 -~i-U t 4mm | Y "T Decor Panel Fig.3 DECOR DOOR Locate the top hinge into the retaining hole on the top of the door, Carefully locate the top hinge into position. (Ensure that the screws and screwdriver are close at hand.) Screw the top hinge into position. The decor door should now close. To fit decor panels first make sure that they are cut to correct size. 1. Remove the decor door by unscrewing the top door hinge. 2. Remove the trim from the top of the decor door. 3. Loosen the screw in the side and base trims. 4. Slide the decor panel into position, from the top, between the trim and front of the decor door. 5. Tighten the screws in the side and base trims. 6. Replace the top trim and fix into position. 7. Retaining the plates and the screws. 6. Unscrew and remove the two decor door hinges (d) (Fig. 2). It is advisable to have another person hold the decor door whilst the hinges are removed. Retain the hinges and screws. 7. Locate and screw in blanking plates (b) into the slots where the door hinges (d) were removed. 8. Place the decor (outer) door on a flat surface, beneath padding to protect the outer surface. 9. Remove the plastic door catch (c) (Fig. 3). Grip the catch carefully, with pliers and rotate the catch to release it. Remove the catch. You will need a: No. 2 Posidrive screwdriver A large pair of pliers A small coin.
