If any part of your Thermostat fails because of a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of the original purchase, Warrantor will furnish, without charge, a new thermostat. Any local transportation, related service labor and diagnosis calls are not included. This warranty does not cover failure of your Thermostat if it is damaged while in your possession or if the failure is caused by unreasonable use. In no event shall Warrantor be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
