(The FOOT LEVELER AXLE is on top of bottom styrofoam, beside the side shroud). C) Slide left and right FOOT LEVELERS onto MAIN FRAME. D) Attach FOOT LEVELERS using a WASHER (E) and BOLT (F) on each side of the MAINFRAME. ASSEMBLY STEP 3 A) Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 3. B) (For Model 4.3E only) Fit RUBBER PAD into bottom of FOOT PAD with traction nubs facing up. C) Attach FOOTPAD to LOWER LINK ARM PLATE using 4 SCREWS (G). D) Repeat on other side. B) Attach PEDAL ARM to PIVOT TUBE using FLAT WASHER (H), WAVY WASHER (I), FLAT WASHER (J), and BOLT (K). B) Attach the PEDAL ARM COVER to the right PEDAL ARM using SCREW (L). C) Repeat on the other side. D) Attach the ROLLER WHEEL COVER to the right PEDAL ARM using SCREW (M). E) Repeat on the other side. F) Insert GUIDE RAIL END CAP into right GUIDE RAIL socket E) Repeat on the other side. ASSEMBLY STEP 5 NOTE: There is NO hardware bag for this step. All hardware is pre-installed. A) Remove PRE-ATTACHED BOLTS & WASHERS from CONSOLE MAST. B) Slide LOWER HANDLEBARS onto CONSOLE MAST and attach by re-inserting PRE-ATTACHED BOLT & WASHERS. C) Repeat on other side. D) (For 2.3E only) Attach WATER BOTTLE CAGE using PRE ATTACHED SCREWS. AWARNING After handlebars are assembled they will rotate freely - be cautious. Until the machine is fully assembled, do not grab the handlebars for support. ASSEMBLY STEP 5 (CONTINUED) A) Slide UPPER HANDLEBAR onto LOWER HANDLEBAR and align NOTCH with TAB making sure handlebars are joined together completely. Secure UPPER HANDLEBAR to LOWER HANDLEBAR using PRE-ATTACHED SET SCREWS. B) Repeat on other side. C) (For 4.3E only) Attach WIRE from UPPER HANDLEBAR to WIRE from CONSOLE MAST. D) Snap the front and back HANDLEBAR COVERS together onto the UPPER HANDLEBARS. Note the position ot the snap tabs on the covers before snapping into position. (On 4.3E, tuck wires inside of HANDLEBAR COVERS, CAREFUL not to pinch any wires). E) Repeat on other side. ASSEMBLY STEP 6 A) Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 6. B) Insert SPACER (P) into LOWER LINK ARM. C) Insert 2 TEFLON WASHERS (0) between the LOWER LINK ARM and LOWER HANDLEBAR. D) Attach LOWER LINK ARM to LOWER HANDLEBAR using BOLT (N) and NUT (Q). E) Attach INSIDE & OUTSIDE ELBOW COVERS together using 2 SCREWS (R). F) Repeat on other side.
