Keys Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning. • Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing. Do not use this unit with bare feet, sandals, socks or stockings! • Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order. • Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit. • Service to your unit should only be performed by an authorized service representative, unless authorized and/or instructed by a Keys Fitness technician. STEP 1 Slide Linear Bearing (8), Clip, (9), Rubber Spacer (23), and Plug onto Weight Support. Slide Weight Support (1), Round Bumper (24) and Safety Slide (4) onto Rod (7) in the order shown. Secure Right Safety Hook (6) to Safety Slide (4) using Bolt (14), Washers (16) and Nylon Lock Nut (15). Repeat for Left Side using Left Safety Hook (5). Slide Rubber Bumper (25) onto bottom of left side assembly. Repeat for Right Side. Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 2 Place assembly into base of Half Cage and secure top of assembly into Guide Rod Base (3) with Rubber Spacer (25), Bolts (19), Washers (17) and Nylon Lock Nuts (18).
