NOTE: two people are required for this procedure. Adjust exposed cable length, located next to the trigger (See Step 19) by using the jam hex nuts on the cable end. Slide outer shroud to exposed valves. The valves must be fully depressed so elevator can be adjusted smoothly and fully extended to lock the elevator.
