Top Innovations, Inc. 15 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS TROUBLESHOOTING &CUSTOMER SUPPORT WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, the following basic safety precautions using an electrical appliance. PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION Unit fails to heat up. Heating Indicator Light does not illuminate. Unit is not plugged in. Plug electrical cord into outlet.
