This prevents the battery pack from being overcharged. ¦ When you remove the battery pack from your pen tablet, always insert a charged battery pack in the pen tablet to replace the one that you removed, or apply DC power. ¦ The FMW51BP1, FMW29BP1, FMW29BP2, FMW43BP2 and FPCBP48 battery packs use lithium ion battery cells which have no “memory effect.” You do not need to completely discharge or “condition” the battery pack before charging. Battery Pack Charge Time The approximate maximum amount of time needed to charge a fully discharged battery pack to the 90% level is shown in the following table.
