Importing group permissions from a CSV file If you don’t know what CSV file format is, you can use Import Permissions (CSV) button in the Apply Permissions panel. With this button, you can save the list in a CSV file and reuse it for importing user permission. Report Reports settings Generating reports 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Analysis & Reports menu > Reports > Reports settings. You can see the Device List and Report settings panels for advanced reporting. •Report Name: Type in the name for the report you are generating. •Period: Select the time period for which data to use when generating the report. The data for report generation depends on this period. For example, if you select Last week and start to generate report, SyncThru™ Admin 5 uses data collected last week. Available options are, This week, This month, This year, Last week, Last month, Last year and Custom (you can set the period). •Columns: Select the columns you want to see with the report. •Sort by: Select the column used for sorting when generating the report. •Sort Order: Select Ascending or Descending for sorting You can see the generated reports in Report history. Scheduling report generation 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Analysis & Reports menu > Reports > Reports settings. If you want to generate the report periodically, set the Time Interval. Sending reports via email 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Analysis & Reports menu > Reports > Reports settings. Report history Report history •see all the generated reports. •add a new folder for managing tasks. •delete any task or folder from the list. Report history summary •see the status of the report generation task, •stop the report generation task by clicking the button. •pause or restart the report generation task by clicking the button. •modify the report generation task by clicking the button. Report history details •see the generated report. •see the reports generated previously in the case of periodical reports. •export the reports to a PDF or CSV file.
