3. Before replacing the Pierce Lever Assembly, wipe the Can Opener body, and area around the drive wheel with a slightly damp cloth. A mild cleaner can be used to remove stubborn spots. Be sure to dry the unit thoroughly before next use. 4. To replace the Pierce Lever Assembly, insert the Pivot Pin on the back of the Lever into the keyhole shaped opening on the Can Opener Housing.
