See Product Specifications on page 2 for your dust collector maximum static pressure. NOTE: To determine if you have met the Static Pressure Requirement when using a Dust Collection System, identify the branch of the system with the highest static pressure requirement first, If you run your Dust Collection System with more than one blast gate open, add the static pressure from all branches that are open to determine the total static pressure requirements, Static Pressure Requirement Chart Size o

Together, the two gear sections create a large volume flow which produces rapid cylinder movement under low load conditions. Above unloading pressure, a pilot pressure line(which simulates actual pressure at the cylinder) activates the unloading valve, which causes the flow to bypass the large gear section and return to the pump inlet area. The small gear section is now operating alone, and will generate the higher pressure necessary for the actual log splitting operation. The original factory
-Route the hose as shown in figure 11. Place the metal pressure tube in position on the fitting on top of control valve. Secure with the compression nut on the pressure tube, using an adjustable wrench. Make certain the metal pressure tube is positioned so that the pressure hose is above the slide plate as shown. FINAL ASSEMBLY • Make certain all nuts, bolts and hose clamps are tightened securely. • Before operating the log splitter, make certain to follow the “Initial Preparation” instructio

WARNING: There is a danger of static electricity building up in the dust collector system and causing a flash explosion or fire. To prevent static electricity buildup, install grounding kit. • A grounding kit is included and must be installed in the shop dust collector system to protect against electrostatic discharge. The grounding kit is more easily installed as the individual sections for each machine are assembled. LAYOUT SYSTEM AT SELECTED SITE Temporarily assemble the pieces together as de
