To use the countdown timer Press D while in the Countdown Timer Mode to start the countdown timer. • The countdown timer operation continues even if you exit the Countdown Timer Mode. • Press D while a countdown operation is in progress to pause it. What to do if the bottom dial hand is stopped The watch is shipped from the factory with the bottom dial hand stopped in order to conserve battery power. Even though the bottom dial hand is stopped, the watch continues to maintain the current time internally.
